I’ve removed this as part of a house renovation project / fitting COMBI. It was working fine but has not seen much use in recent times - I’d say probably 2yrs. It looks in good shape - I don’t think it’s seen much use at all but I’d recommend fitting a service kit to it before use. I think the (magnetic ?) flow switches can get a bit sticky without regular on/off cycling. Plumbers are known to give them a gentle thump on casing when they stick. The specifics are shown on the pump plate - see image 3. I’ll see if there is any paperwork and add it if there is. I could send it via courier - but I’d need to cost that if that’s required and sort out packaging.
